In the first two decades, we were active in the printing, publishing & advertising services sector. In 2004, we ventured into Information Technology enabled services & real estate.

company coordinated the business
activities of around computer training
centres, in Thane district of
Maharashtra. It also offered software
development services.

SHRIM I.T. Services Pvt. Ltd., was established as a separate company to continue the coordination and management of an enlarged network of about 700 computer training centres across the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Region, which includes Greater Mumbai city and the neighbouring Thane & Palghar districts. It also operates the University Management Portals of both Mumbai University & SNDT Women’s University.
Sri Lalita Landmarks [estd. 2013] was the group’s foray into real estate with the acquisition of a substantial land parcel along the Kokan coast, in the west of India. Currently development for a hospitality project (resort & vacation homes) along the upcoming coastal highway.

Sri Lalita Constructions [also estd.2013] serves as an ancillary entity rendering construction assistance to the resort project. Sri Lalita EcoAgriculture was set up and exported agricultural commodities from India to the Middle East from 2016 till Covid.
Yamahil Handel Pvt Ltd. was established in 2019 for trading and export of non-agricultural goods & products. Our focus today, is trading and export of chemicals, aromatic and essential oils. We have lined up sources for basic chemicals used across multiple sectors
